Short-Term Rehabilitation

Whether you’re recovering from an illness, surgery, or major medical event, our short-term rehabilitation center is committed to helping you rebuild strength, restore confidence, and regain independence at your own pace. Discover how you or a loved one could benefit from our Denver skilled nursing facility.

24-Hour Skilled Nursing

Our skilled nursing facility in Denver is designed for individuals who need more support than home care after surgery or routine in-home services can provide. Our hospital discharge planning and post acute care services offer 24-hour medical oversight, personalized nursing support, and coordinated clinical care for those recovering from hospitalization, surgery, or serious illness.

Long-Term Care

Long-term care is designed for individuals who need ongoing medical support and assistance due to chronic health conditions, disabilities, or age-related challenges. This level of care provides consistent nursing oversight while supporting day-to-day comfort, safety, and quality of life in a supportive environment.

Psychiatric Care

Psychiatric services provide coordinated mental health support for individuals with mental health conditions. Care is delivered through collaboration between nursing staff, mental health professionals, and care coordinators to ensure consistent, compassionate support.

Hospice Services

Hospice services focus on comfort, dignity, and quality of life for individuals with advanced, life-limiting illnesses. Care is centered on pain management, emotional support, and honoring personal wishes while supporting both patients and their families during this time.

Early Memory Care

Early memory care provides specialized support for individuals experiencing the early stages of cognitive decline, including memory loss or changes related to dementia. These services focus on preserving independence, maintaining routines, and supporting emotional well-being while adapting care to each person’s cognitive needs.

Rubato Music Therapy

We are proud to offer Rubato music therapy to our residents. Rubato transforms rehabilitation outcomes through AI powered therapeutic music that goes beyond background music. Changes in heart rate, decreased anxiety and agitation, and other behavioral changes are just some of the ways music therapy can support our patients.

Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy

Treatment at our rehabilitation center in Denver takes place in a safe, supportive environment focused on restoring strength, mobility, coordination, and reducing pain while preventing future injury. Our physical, occupational, and speech therapists work together to help residents regain independence in daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and cooking. We also provide specialized therapy for individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, dementia, and other neurological conditions, with personalized treatment plans designed to support meaningful progress.

Complex Wound, Catheter, Tracheostomy and Tube Management

Our wound care program utilizes professional, clinical, and technical resources to treat a wide range of wound conditions, and we accept Medicare and most major insurance plans to help make care accessible for our residents and their families.
